PHASE 1 (Need Analysis) Step 1: We need to know what you exactly need so as to give you a helpful study plan. Write about what you exactly you need to improve and why. Is this your own opinion, or your teacher has the same opinion with you, too? Also, mention what your current English level is (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). Step 2: We need to know your current English level to give you a practical study plan. To make sure of your current English level, you will send us a short writing about a social problem such as smoking or drinking, mentioning a reason and a solution. Also, you need to send us a 3-4-minute audio (mp3), talking about your routines, likes and dislikes, a good memory of the past, and future goals. Step 3: We will give you your personalized study plan and you will tell us if you are okay with it to proceed. It’s important for you to be okay with the study plan you receive, so if there’s something needing to be changed, you will tell us and we’ll take care of it. When you are okay to start, you’ll move on to the next level. PHASE 2 (Personalized Study Plan) Step 1: You will receive the necessary materials to study and start according to your study plan. There are usually PDFs, video files, YouTube videos, and podcasts that you will need to study. You will receive them and begin to study them accordingly. You will also do the exercises and make notes of your questions to ask during the online meetings with your tutor. Step 2 You will do the target assignments to make sure you have learned the lessons well. There are specific assignments to make certain that you have learned what you needed in the first place, so during online meetings, you get feedback on your assignments, either presentations or writings. If necessary, you’ll do more of the similar things to make sure and move on. Step 3 (Optional) You will have final projects, similar to your exam, job interview. This stage helps you be more confident in getting the result you are want.
